Alice (Lasecki)Baranczyk Socha, 90 years loved, passed away peacefully Friday, May 19, 2023. The daughter of Leo and Anna (Holewinski) Lasecki was born January 17, 1933, in the Township of Angelica.

Alice is survived by her children: James (Barbara) Baranczyk, Abrams, Harry (Caroline) Baranczyk, Gillett, Sandra (Clint) Reimer, Green Bay, Debra DeStarkey, Hobart, Douglas Socha, Wrightstown, and Sophie Socha, Greenleaf; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a brother; and sister-in-law.

She was preceded in death by her parents (July 9, 1939); first husband, Harry Baranczyk (July 17, 1955); second husband, Edmund Socha (June 23, 1995); eight brothers; three sisters; two sons-in-law: Daniel Trepanier and Russell Reimer Sr.; and a daughter-in-law, Becky Baranczyk.

To honor Alice's wishes, there will be no public funeral. A private family gathering will be held for immediate family at Marnocha Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be in Assumption B.V.M. Cemetery, Pulaski.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Schinschke, the staffs at Forest Glen Assisted Living and Good Shepherd Nursing Home, the Unity Hospice Team, and the Seymour Fire and Rescue volunteers for their compassionate care. Kindness matters.
