Obituary

Carol Lynn Przybylski, 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 23, 2025. The daughter of Raymond and Florence (Boerst) Havlik was born December 24, 1948.

Carol met the love of her life, Jerry Przybylski; the couple was united in marriage at St. Casimir Church in Krakow on May 27, 1967. Together they farmed in Krakow and raised their two children, Chad and Lori. The Polish Ponderosa was their pride and joy with all the hard work they did in making it their dream place.

Carol loved spending time outside, tending to her yard and flowers. In her earlier years she enjoyed crafting and sewing sequin creations. Carol is finally at peace, there is no more suffering, and she is now reunited with Jerry, who was her rock through all her struggles.

Carol is survived by her son, Chad (Laurie) Przybylski; daughter, Lori (Jake) Van Boxtel; grandchildren: Travis (Val) Przybylski, Justin (Aasha) Przybylski, Chantel Przybylski (Zach Hauser), Keaton and Kinzie Herms, Liz and Zac Seiltz, Dakota and Abby Van Boxtel; great-grandchildren: Archie, and baby Augustine due soon; sister, Sharon (Don) Van Ark and their children; brother-in-laws, Robert (Pat) Przybylski and family and Gene (Lucy) Przybylski and family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry; parents, Ray and Florence Havlik; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Stephanie Przybylski.

Carol will be laid to rest at St. Casimir Cemetery in Krakow, with a private family service.

The family would like to thank Good Shepherd Nursing Home for making her feel so loved and welcomed and for the wonderful care given to her. They would also like to thank Bellin Health ER and ICU staffs, especially Katie and Justin. Lastly, a heartfelt thank goes out to Father Paul and Pastor Trent for being there for Carol's send off.
