Carol A. Wielgus, 86, Pulaski, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay. The daughter of Walter and Julia (Czachor) Cizman was born on April 7, 1939, in Chicago, IL.

At a young age Carol moved to Pulaski and then to Green Bay, where she was a 1957 graduate of Green Bay West High School. On January 11, 1958, she married Gerald Wielgus at Assumption B.V.M. Church in Pulaski. Gerald preceded her in death on October 24, 1997.

Carol was an excellent homemaker and would help Gerald on the farm. She worked for Larsen Canning in Green Bay for over 20 years until her retirement. Carol was an avid Michigan State Spartans and Boston Celtics fan. She enjoyed watching TV and listening to Frank Sinatra and Daniel O'Donnell. Her greatest joy was being a mother, Busha, and Gigi.

Survivors include her three children: Christine (Steve) Sarokin, Cynthia (Anthony) Weber, and Rodney Wielgus; five grandchildren: Cassandra Sarokin (special friend, Zachary Burmeister), Alexander (Nina) Sarokin, Annadee Sarokin; Andrew Weber, and Adam Weber (special friend, Andreea Iovan). She is further survived by two great grandchildren: Eva and Reece Sarokin; a sister-in-law, Janice Lubinski; a brother-in-law, Roger Wielgus; cousin, Evelyn Hodkiewicz, and several nieces, nephews, and other family members.

In addition to her husband, Gerald, and her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brother, Walter Cizman; and two sisters-in-law: Lorraine (Rudy) Herzog and Marilyn Wielgus.
