Delores Mae Luberda, 95, of Hobart, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024, at Cardinal Ridge Assisted Living, Howard. The daughter of Richard and Ruth (Kuske) Thym was born May 20, 1929, in Kunesh.

In 1948, Delores married, Emil Baran, who passed away in 1998. In 2000, she married Mitchell Luberda, who preceded her in death in 2022. Delores worked at Kropp's Supper Club, Larsen Canning in Green Bay, and in the kitchen for the Pulaski School District from 1976 until her retirement in 2000.

Delores enjoyed quilting, baking (especially pies and cookies), gardening, and listening and dancing to polka music. In her younger years she enjoyed snowmobiling.

Survivors include her two sons: Ken Baran, Howard and Jeff (Jackie) Baran, Sikeston, MO; grandchildren: Kris (Dee) Baran, Allison (Jacob) Rivera, Melissa (Jesse) VanLaanen, Chase Baran, Amber Chadd, and Kara Chadd; great-grandchildren: Logan, Lauren, and London VanLaanen and Kamden, Lynnon, and Rowen of Sikeston, MO; a sister, Geraldine Bonnin; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Emil; second husband, Mitchell; sisters: Dorothy (Harold) VanDeHei and Esther (Clarence) Bolssen; a brother, Orland (Betty) Kuske; a daughter-in-law, Ellen Baran; and a brother-in-law, Lloyd Bonnin.

Friends and family are invited to gather at Marnocha Funeral Home, 186 E. Pulaski St., Pulaski, on Friday, June 7, from 4-6 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at 6 p.m. with Pastor Stuart Dornfeld officiating. Burial will take place at a later time in Kunesh Cemetery.
