Helen Rose Rozmiarek, 98, Town of Maple Grove, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour. The daughter of Valentine and Rose (Mecikalski) Bialozynski was born in Pulaski on February 20, 1925.

Helen grew up in Pulaski and graduated from Pulaski High School. Following graduation she worked at the Pulaski Chase Co-Op, where she met Roger Rozmiarek. On September 15, 1945, the couple was united in marriage at Assumption B.V.M. Church in Pulaski. Shortly after they were married, Helen and Roger moved to the Town of Maple Grove, where they began to farm. Helen was a longtime member of St. Stanislaus Parish in Hofa Park.

An avid sports fan, Helen loved to watch the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers. A wonderful homemaker, she was a great cook and made wonderful pies. She enjoyed listening to music, especially Molly B and Daniel O'Donnell. She also enjoyed playing bingo, doing crossword puzzles, and word searches.

Helen is survived by her husband of 78 years, Roger; four children: Jeri (David) Henn, Mike (Judy) Rozmiarek, Karen (Jeff) Reed, and Mark (Lynn) Rozmiarek; ten grandchildren: Julie (Brett) Temple, Janelle (Mike) Balthazor, Jo (Bryan) Krueger, Tim (Brenda) Rozmiarek, Jon (Jamie) Rozmiarek, Doug (Ashley) Rozmiarek, Kim (Matthew III) Gryzlo, Kurt (Lisa) Reed, Mandy (Cliff) Williams, Marc (Stephanie) Rozmiarek; 29 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; her sister-in-law, Alice Rozmiarek; and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Valentine and Rose, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Rozmiarek; in-laws, Mike and Anna Rozmiarek; an infant brother and sister; her siblings: Evelyn (Richard) Adamski, Terri Bialozynski, Frank (Elaine) Bialozynski, Genevieve (Marvin) Lubinski, and John (Liz) Bialozynski; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Genevieve (Andrew) Smith, Irene (Mike) Smith, Lorraine (Edwin) Ratajczak, Marie (Ray) Ratajczak, and Arnie Rozmiarek.

Friends are invited to gather with family at St. Stanislaus Church, W1888 Hofa Park Rd, Seymour, on Monday, October 16, from 9-11 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. with Fr. David Kobak, O.F.M. presiding. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
