Irene's working career included positions at the Pulaski Shoe Factory, the I.H.C. office in Milwaukee, and Milprint Inc. in De Pere, where she dedicated 38 years of service. She also worked at Fox Heights, serving as a postal official, and worked as an election chief inspector for the villages of Howard and Ashwaubenon and Menards in Howard..
Irene enjoyed traveling and taking many vacations with her husbands, family, and friends. She loved playing cards with her card club and polka dancing, never missing Pulaski Polka Days. Her bright smile will be missed.
She is survived by her four sisters: Mary Ann Gracyalny, Wilfreda Smith, Cecelia Rowinsky, and June Socha; as well as many nieces, nephews, friends, neighbors, and other relatives.
In addition to her husbands, Norbert and Louis, and her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her infant brother, Leonard; and her sister, Eleanore.
