Obituary

Julius Ignatious Kaczmarowski, 76, of Morgan, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026, at St. Mary Hospital, Green Bay. The son of Ernest and Irene (Malcheski) Kaczmarowski was born on December 20, 1949, in Green Bay.

Julius was a 1968 graduate of Pulaski High School. Following graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served until receiving an honorable discharge on September 14, 1970. On November 7, 1970, he married Shirley Terry at Ss. Edward & Isidore Church in Flintville.

Julius spent most of his life farming. On April 20, 1977, he and Shirley purchased a farm in Morgan, where they made their home and lived ever since. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Bishop Bona Council #4439 and the Krakow High Noon Riders. He was also a longtime member of both St. Casimir Parish in Krakow and Assumption B.V.M. Parish in Pulaski.

Julius loved spending time outdoors, especially hunting and riding his motorcycle. Although he recently sold his motorcycle, he continued to enjoy taking side-by-side rides, often stopping along the way for a Diet Dew and a friendly visit. A true people person, Julius never met a stranger and genuinely enjoyed conversation. Affectionately known as the "Morgan Reporter," he was always ready to share the latest news and connect with friends and neighbors.

Survivors include his loving wife of over 55 years, Shirley; daughter, Kim (Jose Vasquez) Kaczmarowski; grandchildren: Aiden and Aria Vasquez and Cora Kaczmarowski (Calvin); great grandson, Malachi; siblings: Eugene Kaczmarowski (special friend, Sandy), Audrey (John) Ullmer, Janet (Henry) Sheedy, Mary Jarosinski, Deloris (Frank) Maroszek, Donna (David) Watermolen, Christine (Luke) Vanderveren, and Rodger (Bonnie) Kaczmarowski. He is further survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Mary McKeefry, Margaret (Dave) Schuh, Lois (Joe) Burdeau, Colleen (Dave) Marcks, Nicky (Al) Baranczyk, Joe (Pam) Terry, Theresa (Mike) Gwidt, Trish (Brian) Wycoff, and Darrell (Juanita) Vandervelden; and many nieces, nephews, godchildren and other family members.

In addition to his parents Ernest and Irene, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joyce and Norman Terry; Shirley's stepdad, Henry Vandervelden; sisters-in-law: Diane (Slowik) Kaczmarowski, Diane (Komorowski) Kaczmarowski, and Norma (John) Brickner; and brothers-in-law: Frank Jarosinski and Jerry McKeefry.
