Lillian Golonka lifelong resident of Sobieski passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024, at the Jack and Engrid Meng Residence, De Pere.  She is the last of ten children of late Walter Sr. and Angeline (Jankowski) Galkowski.

She married her friend and soulmate, Joseph Golonka. Together, they adopted a daughter, Lori Ann.

Lillian is survived by her daughter, Lori Ann (Stuart) Fahrbach; two granddaughters: Nicole Rae (Kevin) Le Sage, Danielle Jo (Shawn) Beilke and their daughter, Willow Lillian. She is further survived Stuart's children, Kyra (Jason) Smithers, and their children: Drennen, Jovie, and Rhea, and Taren Fahrbach; god-children: Rita Moore, Jackie Galkowski, James Spice, and Joel Dziekan; and many nieces, nephews and other family.

In addition to her husband, Joseph and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Marie Fron, Jean Hudson; seven brothers: Ignace, Zigmond, Frank, Joseph, Walter Jr., Casey, and Edward.

Friends are invited to gather with family at Marnocha Funeral Home, 186 E. Pulaski St., Pulaski, on Thursday, February 22, from 3-6 p.m. A funeral service will take place at 6 p.m.  Burial will be in St. John Cantius Cemetery, Sobieski.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
