Obituary

Nancy A. Robaidek, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The daughter of the late Arthur and Martha (Waschbisch) Desreumaux was born on July 14, 1935, in Oconto Falls.

Nancy graduated from Oconto Falls High School in 1953 and went on to attend Gale Institute in Minneapolis, MN. She later moved to Milwaukee, where she worked for Allis-Chalmers Co. and AC Supply. When her mother became ill, Nancy returned to Oconto Falls to care for her while also working at Scott Paper Company.

On October 24, 1964, Nancy married John Robaidek at St. Anthony Church in Oconto Falls. Together, they raised seven children on a dairy farm in Sampson. Following their retirement, Nancy and John enjoyed traveling, and Nancy developed a special interest in researching family history.

After John's passing in 2001, Nancy moved to Green Bay, where she lived near Lambeau Field. She enjoyed watching sports, cooking, trying new recipes, and participating in recipe contests. She also took pleasure in spending time at the family vineyard. Above all, Nancy cherished her family, and her faith remained a central part of her life.

Survivors include her seven children: Ann (Dave) Jerovetz, Pulaski, Sue (Loyal) Reierson, Lake Mills, Jon (Wendy) Robaidek, Wisconsin Rapids, James (Charmaine) Robaidek, Sampson, Jerrold (Karen) Robaidek, Madison, Joel (Jill) Robaidek, Eau Claire, and Jay (Lenee) Robaidek, Madison; 16 grandchildren: Kellan (Catherine) Reierson, Mikayla (Steve) Green, Jeremy Robaidek, Brent (Theresa) Reierson, Michael Jerovetz, Trevor Reierson, Sarah (Avery) Robinson, Emily Jerovetz, Treva Robaidek, Carter Robaidek, Colin Robaidek, Jack Robaidek, Alexandra Robaidek, Caden Robaidek, Ethan Robaidek and Eli Robaidek; great-grandchildren: Coleson Green, Lewis Reierson, Gracyn Green; and baby Reierson due in October. She is further survived by a brother-in-law, Robert Jankowski; and many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

In addition to her husband, John, and parents, Arthur and Martha, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Clara (Kolakowski) Robaidek; brother, James (Bud) Desreumaux; brothers and sisters-in-law: Eugene (Jeanne) Robaidek, Lucille (Rudolph) Kvasnica, Rita (Delbert) Gantenbein, and Joan Jankowski.
