1:00 - 4:00 pm
Scott Edward Kaufman, 64, Town of Chase, passed away on Tuesday morning, October 13, 2026, peacefully at his home surrounded by family. He was born on June 15, 1962, in Green Bay to the late Edward and Joyce (Moudry) Kaufman.
Scott was a 1980 graduate of Premontre High School in Green Bay. On August 25, 1990, he reeled in the biggest catch of his life by marrying Ann Gajewski. They were united in marriage at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Green Bay.
Scott worked for Neville’s Home Improvement, Northern Engraving and Nutrition Services in Pulaski. He then returned to Northern Engraving where he retired in 2022.
Scott enjoyed all that the outdoors had to offer. He found great joy going up north to the Phelps, WI area to hunt, fish, and go camping. Scott liked skiing, both water and downhill and spending time at the NEW Zoo with his daughter, Jordann. When he wanted, he also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. When Scott was ready to go home, he would say, “I’m pullin’ the pin, and shuttin’ er down!” Scott had a strong love for his family and cared for his parents in their older years. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, and dear friend.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Kaufman; daughter, Jordann (Eric) Hoppe; siblings, Steve (Jane Bukacek) Kaufman and Colleen (Michael) Stephens; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Mary Kary (Larry) Ellner, Joe (Megan) Gajewski, Ed Gajewski, Julie (Greg) Yourczek, Michael (Paula) Gajewski and Veronica (Jamie) Zorn; “fur” grandchildren, Tonks (his #1), Tilly and Freya; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Kathy Gajewski; and his sister-in-law, Liz Haessly.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Marnocha Funeral Home, 186 E. Pulaski St., Pulaski, on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. A time for sharing of memories will be at 3:30 p.m. Online condolences may be expressed at www.marnochafuneralhome.com.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
The family would like to thank St. Croix Hospice for their care and compassion. Also, a special thank you to Veronica, Colleen, and Steve for all the love, care, and support they provided during the final months. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to be there when it mattered most meant more than words can express.
