It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas R. Dolata, 72, of Krakow, who left with the angels on November 1, All Saints Day. Tom is welcomed home by his parents, Tony and Agnes (Wilinski) Dolata.

Tom was a lifelong resident of Krakow and was born on January 14, 1952. He worked as an electrician in maintenance for Carver Boat, Stiegler Electric, and Star Electric. Tom also worked for Vorpahl Fire & Safety until his retirement.

Tom was a jack of all trades and could fix anything, from building a log home with Chris to his love of farming crops. He also enjoyed making wood and was a true steward of the land.

Survivors include his lifelong partner, Christine Jurecki, Krakow; sisters: Sharon Dolata, Green Bay and Dolores Tomczak, Green Bay; Christine's family: John Jurecki, Mike Jurecki, Quin Jurecki, Connie (Gerard) LaBrosse, Terry (Lynn) Jurecki, Kathy (Keith) Werner, Brian (Sharon) Jurecki, and Christine's many nieces and nephews. He is further survived by an aunt, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Agnes Dolata; an infant sister, Mary; brother, Gerald; sister-in-law, Jean Dolata; brother-in-law, Richard Tomczak; and Chris' parents, Antone and Ann Jurecki.

Friends are invited to gather with family at St. Casimir Church, 146 Park St., Krakow, on Thursday, November 7, from 9-11 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. with Fr. Carmen Scuderi, O.F.M. presiding. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
