Obituary

Timothy Joseph Chartrand, 67, of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at his home. Tim was born on November 16, 1957, in Milwaukee, lived in Green Bay, his heart and soul was in Munising, Michigan.

On October 23, 1982, he married Diane Kroenke. Tim worked a variety of jobs throughout the years: he was a boiler tender for Package Boiler Burner Service and a concrete driver for Arrow Concrete and Carew Concrete. In 2004, he was involved in a car accident, after which time he was no longer able to work.

In his younger years, Tim was actively involved at St. John's Lutheran Church in Pulaski, where he served on the Board of Education. As the years passed, he became a devoted and longtime member of Peace Lutheran Church. He enjoyed tinkering in the garage, woodworking, hunting, fishing, cooking, and grilling. Tim also enjoyed making his world-famous chili and pizza. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and friends.

Survivors include his wife of over 42 years, Diane; four children: Julia (Cory) Lasecki, Stephanie Chartrand, Tim (Jess) Chartrand, and Tom Chartrand; five grandchildren: Lucy, Lila, Laurel, Tim III, and Abigail; nieces and nephews; and good friends: Mike Brott and Adam (Katie) Peebles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Adolph Chartrand; grandmother, Lucille (La Case) Chartrand; two brothers: Tom Chartrand and Todd Chartrand; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Larry and Marlene Kroenke; grandparents-in-law, Reinhold (Irma) Lindow; and his good friend, Tony Hieronimczak.

Friends are invited to gather with family at Marnocha Funeral Home, 186 E. Pulaski St, Pulaski, on Thursday, June 5, from 4-7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at Peace Lutheran Church, 1954 Cty. Rd. U, Green Bay (Kunesh). The Funeral Service will be celebrated Friday at 12 noon with Pastor Stuart Dornfeld officiating. Burial will take place in Elm Grove Cemetery, Laney.
