Tracy Lee Sundstrom, 54, of Hobart, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at her home. The daughter of Gary Wagnitz and Linda Krzewina was born on February 14, 1970, in Green Bay.
Tracy was a 1988 graduate of Southwest High School in Green Bay. Following high school, she enlisted in the US Air Force, serving as an Ammo Troop until her honorable discharge on October 1, 1992. On July 23, 1990, she married Thomas Sundstrom in Las Vegas while they were both stationed there.
While their children were little, Tracy was able to stay home to help raise them. She worked for the Pulaski School District for over 20 years as a Special Ed Aide at Fairview Elementary and most recently Glenbrook Elementary as a Health Aide.
When her kids were little, she loved attending their school functions and sporting events. She enjoyed nature, especially hiking and backpacking and loved running marathons and half marathons. Tracy was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel and was a member of the Armed Women of America, Green Bay Chapter.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Sundstrom; two children: Bryan (Danielle) Sundstrom, and Brooke (Scott) Delsart; four grandchildren: Layla and Liam Sundstrom and Vera and Mark Delsart; mother, Linda Krzewina; father, Gary (Ricki) Wagnitz; sister, Jody Wagnitz; two brothers: Timothy (Julie) Wagnitz and David Wagnitz; father-in-law, Fred (Doris) Sundstrom; brothers-in-law: John (Jean) Sundstrom, Bill (Kristi) Sundstrom, Pawl (Sue) Sundstrom, and Doug Sundstrom; and several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Patricia Sundstrom.
The Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 240 E. Green Bay St., Bonduel, on Monday, June 10, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Timothy Shoup officiating. Burial will take place at 2 p.m. in Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King. *Please Note: There will be no visitation prior to services per Tracy's wishes*
