William A. Lardinois, 89, Pulaski, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on November 16, 2024. The son of Myron and Florence (LeGrave) Lardinois was born on August 22, 1935, in the Township of Red River.
At an early age, Bill's family moved to Krakow where his father and mother operated a dairy farm. He was a 1954 graduate of Pulaski High School. On August 25, 1956, he married Patricia Wendzikowski at Assumption B.V.M. Church in Pulaski.
Bill and Pat worked side by side for many years on their dairy farm in the Town of Pittsfield. Bill was proud to be a farmer; it was his passion. Following retirement, Bill and Pat spent winters in Arizona. While in Arizona, he enjoyed playing softball, bean bags, golf and shuffleboard.
Bill also enjoyed playing cards, polka dancing, and watching the Packers. He loved attending his grandchildren's different sporting events. He was very devout in his faith and was a long-time member of the Assumption B.V.M. Parish community.
Survivors include his loving wife of over 68 years, Patricia; eight children: Chelly (John) Sternhagen, Jill (Stan) Walschinski, Karen (Tim) Elliott, Randy (Terri) Lardinois, Al (Crystal) Lardinois, Gail (Steve) Lasee, Russ Lardinois and Steve (Val) Lardinois; grandchildren: Dewayne (Donna) Wilinski, Cory Wilinski, Tracy (John) Peters; Sarah (Adam) Bukoske, Angela (Joe) Raleigh; Jonalee (Tony) Abel, Jordan Elliott; Marc (Megan) Lardinois, Jamie (Michaela) Lardinois; Brook Lardinois, Paige Lardinois (Adam); Jenna (Logan) Lasee, Josh Lasee; Sierra (Ben) Andringa, Baily Lardinois (Spencer), Maggie Lardinois, Reese Lardinois; Landon Lardinois, and Diem Lardinois. He is further survived by 24 great grandchildren; sisters: Carol Swiecichowski, Marlene Karcz, and Peggy (Rick) Parins; and several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In addition to his parents, Myron and Florence, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joseph and Mary (Banaszynski) Wendzikowski; an infant brother, Michael; grandson, Luke Lardinois; great-grandson, Tyler Wilinski; great-granddaughter, Kylee Lardinois; brothers-in-law: Tony Swiecichowski, Tony Karcz, and Norbert "Wimpy" Wendzikowski; and a sister-in-law, Alice (Ray) Cychosz.
Friends are invited to gather with family at Assumption B.V.M. Church, 119 E. Pulaski St., Pulaski, on Friday, November 22, from 9 a.m. until 12 noon. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 noon with Fr. Carmen Scuderi, O.F.M. presiding. Entombment will take place in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay.
